Siti8 Terms & Conditions – Malaysia Betting Platform Terms of Use

In this siti8 Terms & Conditions document, the following words and phrases carry the meanings defined below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "siti8" / "Platform" / "We" — refers to siti8.bet and all entities, subsidiaries, and partners operating this platform.
• "Member" / "Player" / "You" — refers to any individual who has registered for and is using siti8's services.
• "Account" — refers to the personal account registered by a player on the siti8 platform.
• "Funds" — refers to the MYR (RM) cash balance in your siti8 account.
• "Bonus" — refers to any free credits, cashback, or promotions offered by siti8.
• "Rollover / Turnover" — refers to the total wagering amount that must be completed before a bonus can be withdrawn.
• "Effective Date" — 1 January 2026, the date on which these Terms & Conditions were last updated.

To register and use siti8's services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Be at least 18 years old on the date of registration and throughout the duration of membership.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Has never been banned or restricted from using any online gambling platform.
• Not a citizen or resident of any jurisdiction where online betting is fully prohibited.
• Not represented by or acting on behalf of any third party without disclosure.

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) siti8 account only. Opening multiple accounts is a serious breach of these terms and may result in all associated accounts being frozen without prior notice.

When registering, you are required to:

• Provide your full name exactly as shown on your Malaysian identity card (MyKad or passport).
• Use a valid, active email address that belongs to you.
• Providing a valid Malaysian phone number for verification purposes.
• Create a strong password and keep it confidential from all parties, including siti8 staff.

Siti8 only accepts deposits via approved payment methods available to Malaysian players. All transactions are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

• Siti8 does not charge any processing fees for deposits. Any charges incurred (if applicable) are imposed by your payment provider.
• The payment method used for deposits must be registered under the same name as the account holder.
• Depositing via another person's payment method is strictly prohibited.
• Siti8 reserves the right to request proof of source of funds if a deposit is deemed unusual.

Players may submit a withdrawal request at any time, provided the following minimum requirements are met:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30 per transaction.
• First-time withdrawals require full identity verification (KYC) before they can be processed.
• Any active bonus that has not met the rollover requirement cannot be withdrawn until the requirement is fulfilled.
• Withdrawals may only be made to an account or eWallet registered under the same verified player's name.

• Game outcomes are determined by an independently audited RNG (Random Number Generator) system, or by live human dealers in live game sessions.
• Results declared by the system are final and may not be disputed unless there is verified evidence of a technical failure.
• In the event of a technical disruption or disconnection during a live game, siti8 will settle bets based on the actual outcome that occurred at the dealer's table.
• Players are responsible for maintaining a stable internet connection. siti8 is not liable for any losses arising from connectivity issues on the player's end.
• For Sports Betting, bet limits and odds are subject to change before or during an event. All accepted bets are final based on the odds locked in at the time of placement.

The following are strictly prohibited on the siti8 platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account freezing or termination, as well as forfeiture of all funds in the account:

• Duplicate accounts: Opening more than one account using different details to circumvent restrictions or claim bonuses multiple times.
• Use of bots or automation: Using software, scripts, or any automated method to play or make betting decisions.
• Collusion with other players: Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or the bonus system.
• Bonus abuse: Registering multiple times, using fake accounts, or taking any action to unfairly exploit siti8 promotions.
• Money laundering: Using the siti8 platform as a channel to transfer or conceal illicit funds.

• Daily/Weekly/Monthly Deposit Limits: Set a limit on how much you can deposit within a specified period.

In cases of suspension pending investigation, funds in the account will be held until the investigation is concluded. If no breach is confirmed, the funds will be returned to the player.

The siti8 platform is provided "as is". While we strive to keep the platform running smoothly at all times, siti8 does not guarantee 100% continuous availability and is not liable for:

• Service disruptions resulting from scheduled or unplanned maintenance.
• Losses arising from internet connectivity issues on the player's end.
• All betting decisions made by the player — wagering is entirely the player's own responsibility.
• Indirect losses, loss of profit, or damages arising from use of the platform.

Siti8 reserves the right to change, add to, or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the official siti8.bet website.

We will endeavour to notify players of significant amendments via registered email or in-platform notifications. However, it remains the player's responsibility to review the latest Terms & Conditions.

Continued use of the siti8 platform after any amendments are published will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
